I am Pamela Burt. I am a full time, professional licensed Realtor® in Central Arkansas. I am affiliated with Crye-Leike Realtors – Cabot.

My primary areas of focus include the towns of Cabot, Ward, Austin, Jacksonville, Lonoke, Beebe, Searcy and Sherwood Arkansas.

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), the Arkansas Realtors® Association (ARA) and a member of the North Pulaski Board of Realtors®.

When I work with BUYERS, (Buyer’s Agency) my job is to help you find the perfect home for your needs at the best possible price with as little hassle as possible. I negotiate for you, help you with your financing, help you with your title work and hold your hand every step of the way. I try my best to explain every step of the process in ways that you will understand. When I work with SELLERS my job is to help you get the best price possible for your house in order to keep as much money as possible in your pocket. I compare your property to others on the market, position it correctly to sell within a agreed upon window. I also offer advice to help you position your home in the market through curb appeal and interior modifications or staging. Although you may not like what I say, you will be glad I said it when you put more money in your pocket at closing.
