When I work with SELLERS my job is to help you get the best price possible for your house in order to keep as much money as possible in your pocket. I compare your property to others on the market, position it correctly to sell within a agreed upon window. I work for you through an agreement called an "Exclusive Right to Sell" or listing agreement.
I also offer advice to help you position your home in the market through curb appeal and staging. Although you may not like what I say, you will be glad I said it when you put more money in your pocket at closing.
